Description
Using this flour on a daily basis will help build your immunity. This is our gluten free version for people on a gluten free diet. It has a shelf life of 3-4 months. 1 pack contains 750 grams of the flour.
Ingredients:
- Rice flour
- Jowar
- Ragi
- Bajra
- Oats
- Triphala
- Ashwagandha
- Mulethi
- Saunth
- Turmeric
- Black Pepper
- Methi
- Cinnamon
- Flax Seeds
- Soy Flour
Following is the recipe for making 1 roti from the flour
- 20 grams of the flour for the dough mixture
- 20 ml of water for the dough mixture
- 0.5 grams salt for the dough mixture
- 1 gram of ghee for the dough mixture
- 5 grams of water for finishing the dough
- 5 grams of flour for finishing the dough
- 0.5 grams of ghee for finishing the roti
Add salt and ghee / oil to water and bring to a boil. Add to the flour and knead it to a soft dough. |
Rest it till it cools down. Add the remaining flour and knead to a soft dough. Add more water only if required. |
Press into thin rounds using a roti press or roll with a rolling pin. |
Roast on the hot plate. on both sides till cooked. |
Roast on the hot plate. |
When cooked apply ghee / oil to the hot bhakris. |
Enjoy them fresh and hot. |
