Using this flour on a daily basis will help build your immunity. This is our gluten free version for people on a gluten free diet. It has a shelf life of 3-4 months. 1 pack contains 750 grams of the flour.

Ingredients:

  • Rice flour
  • Jowar
  • Ragi
  • Bajra
  • Oats
  • Triphala
  • Ashwagandha
  • Mulethi
  • Saunth
  • Turmeric
  • Black Pepper
  • Methi
  • Cinnamon
  • Flax Seeds
  • Soy Flour

Following is the recipe for making 1 roti from the flour

  • 20 grams of the flour for the dough mixture
  • 20 ml of water for the dough mixture
  • 0.5 grams salt for the dough mixture
  • 1 gram of ghee for the dough mixture
  • 5 grams of water for finishing the dough
  • 5 grams of flour for finishing the dough
  • 0.5 grams of ghee for finishing the roti
Add salt and ghee / oil to water and bring to a boil. Add to the flour and knead it to a soft dough.
Rest it till it cools down. Add the remaining flour and knead to a soft dough. Add more water only if required.
Divide into 5 balls. Press into thin rounds using a roti press or roll with a rolling pin.
Roast on the hot plate. on both sides till cooked.
Roast on the hot plate.
When cooked apply ghee / oil to the hot bhakris.
Enjoy them fresh and hot.
