Using this flour on a daily basis will help you meet your protein requirement. It has a shelf life of 3-4 months. 1 pack contains 750 grams of the flour.

Ingredients:

  • Jowar
  • Wholewheat flour
  • Bajra
  • Almonds
  • Turmeric
  • Cinnamon
  • Flax Seeds
  • Soy Flour

Following is the recipe for making 1 roti from the flour

  • 25 grams of the flour for the dough mixture
  • 25 ml of water for the dough mixture
  • 0.5 grams salt for the dough mixture
  • 1 gram of ghee for the dough mixture
  • 0.6 grams of ghee for finishing the roti
Knead the flour with salt, oil and enough water to get a soft dough. Rest it for at least half an hour.
Roll into chapatis.
Roast on both sides on the hot plate. Puff on open flame.
After cooking, apply oil / ghee .
Enjoy fresh and hot.

21 grams protein,
