 We may change the terms of this Policy from time to time. Please check this page regularly for updates.  In the event that there are material changes to the Policy, we may send you additional notice by way of an e-mail or a notification on the Platform.

The passwords for accounts created on Baked Darzee are secured using high end encryption. All financial information shared by the users is collected and processed by the payment aggregator associated with us, on the payments page. We do not collect or store your bank details or other financial information.

  1. GOVERNING LAW, JURISDICTION AND ARBITRATION

The Agreement shall be strictly governed by and constructed in accordance with the laws of India, the Courts of Mumbai, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising from the Agreement or use of the Platform.
